V94 Academy’s first project aims to offer specialized
vocational education that prepares participants to work as
certified HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) managers
within the construction sector. Our education includes
both theoretical instruction according to EU standards and
practical workplace training, with particular focus on
building strong connections between participants and
employers through companies' active participation in the
education.

The target group is primarily returning veterans seeking
new civilian careers, construction companies that want to
invest in workplace safety and create long-term
employment opportunities, and government agencies in
Sweden, the EU and Ukraine that want to contribute torebuilding and modernizing Ukrainian civil society
according to European standards.
